Description
This Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler has the smallest footprint in the POWERBALE range. It is ideal for sites with a limited space, where maximum performance is required.
It can produce bales sizes of 1200mm x 800mm x 1100mm (L x W x H) with weights up to 600kg depending on the waste stream. Baling performance is up to 2 tonnes of material per hour.
The 40XL has got “Full Bale Eject” system through hydraulic portcullis door, which can be equipped with manual or hydraulic door lock mechanism.
Fitted as standard are Replaceable Wear Plates inside the baling chamber which guarantees an exceptionally long serviceable life to the machine. Optional Dual Product Switch allows to change baling capabilities for different products to ensure consistency of bale weights. Simple and clean control panel with large LCD screen make machine easy to operate.
Heavy duty serrated sutting knife makes light work of cutting and baling with the minimum amount of effort.
