INAN 50/80 Granulator

Multi-Blade crushing machines are suitable for high capacity size reduction of both hard and soft plastics such as PET, HDPE bottles, LDPE nylon, PP woven bigbags and sacks.

It is widely used for the second step crushing of shredded pieces in soft plastics after the preliminary shredding process. 5 rotary rotor blade application is available. It works with high efficiency on all plastic materials, thanks to the rotor type, blade arrangement and sieve type selected according to the form and type of the plastic material to be crushed.

Operating costs and hourly energy costs are at the lowest level. Necessary precautions have been taken for the safety of the operator during use and maintenance. A cabin covered with special sound insulation material is applied for the operator to work in the area. Machines can be placed in the pit for easier feeding. Cleaning is very easy in case of color changes and material changes. High capacities are achieved with the special rotor structure.

All Rawmec’s machines are taken through a 10 point safety inspection. All safety systems are replaced if missing. So safety switch prevents machine startup when the front panel is open and the machine features emergency stop buttons on the machine body and control panel.
