Weima 600 Single Shaft Shredder with Conveyor

Well-engineered technology for wood waste. The 18.5kw single-shaft shredder are the perfect addition for most shops within the woodworking industry that have large pieces or bulk wood waste the shred. The shredded material can then be transported from the machine via a screw auger, an air system, or a conveyor.

The shredded wood can be discharged into an air conveyor or onto a traditional conveyor. The profiled innovative “V” Rotor is made of solid material and mounted on stable rotor bearings. Special blade holders are welded into milled blade pockets around its circumference. The cutting knives are set into these and screwed on from the back. This ensures quick and easy blade changing.

All Rawmec’s machines are taken through a 10 point safety inspection. All safety systems are replaced if missing. So safety switch prevents machine startup when the front panel is open and the machine features emergency stop buttons on the machine body and control panel.
