WPS 1200 Single Shaft Shredder Applications

Single-shaft shredders are equipped with a built-in pusher, which makes it a small floor space and a large internal space, it is an ideal shredder designed for large-volume materials. It is suitable for shredding the leftover material of injection moulding machines, chemical blue barrels, garbage bins, pallets and other large-capacity barrel containers, packaged bundle film, blow moulding industry waste, carpet, wood, kitchen and household garbage. Special models can also be designed to customer’s needs. With Siemens PLC, it can automatically control, stop, reverse and overload automatic reversal. With the advantages of low speed, high torque and low noise.

The rotor bearing and knife holder are bolted to the rotor, in the event of an emergency, minimising damage to the machine and making it easy maintenance.

For high hardness and heavily contaminated materials, we can choose special rotors, knives and holders wear-resistant devices. Especially recycling tires, city waste and other pollution waste, specially designed carbide knife tools to ensure its use life.

All shredders are equipped with E-type smooth rotors, the rotating knife and knife holder are fixed on the rotor by bolts. Hydraulic screen holder for easy knife maintenance and screen replacement.

This kind of knife roller is used for PE.PP.PET materials, medium hardness or softness of paper, wires and cable type material.

WHC 1000/600 Granulator Application:

WHC series heavy-duty crusher is widely used, customized spindle rotor basis on the customer’s material.Reliable performance, high capacity. Unique the crushing room structure and feeding hopper type,it can crush the large appliances shell,car bumper,rubber thick-walled plastic products into small particles.Also can be used as a core crusher for a variety of renewable recycling production line. Such as matching the shredding machine it will pack the material after shredded for the next step refinement, with washing granulation line to meet customer demand for high-capacity recycling.

Spindle rotor adopt steel structure with high strength, unique V-design. Also can design the most suitable spindle according to different materials. And the spindle use strict static and dynamic balance test to ensure smooth and reliable machine operation.

Housing installed outside of main body, adopt wool felt seal between the spindle and the box. Effectively prevent the crushed material into the bearing box, improve bearing life.

Upper and down crushing room, screen bracket, the use of hydraulic control automatic opening and closing. Facilitate machine maintenance, blade, screen replacement, the rapid completion of crushing cabinet clean.

Blade changing process can keep fixed spindle rotor, cut the circuit, easy to tighten the fastening bolts. To prevent operation of the machine, do not operate to protect the safety of maintenance personnel.

All Rawmec’s machines are taken through a 10 point safety inspection. All safety systems are replaced if missing. So safety switch prevents machine startup when the front panel is open and the machine features emergency stop buttons on the machine body and control panel.
